Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy
Thank you for your business. Manufacturers Warranties: Please note that all products that carry a warranty noted on product description details refer to Manufacturer Warranty. See individual products for details. A return merchandise authorization number is required for returns. The RMA# must be written on the outside of the box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem.
Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time. Remember, no returns without an RMA number. You can request an RMA# by e-mailing us at info@familysecurityandsafety.com and leaving us your name, phone number, address, product and date purchased.You can also call us at 1-877-281-2185. Product damaged by the customer, and normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Orders can be cancelled only if ordered item has not been shipped, usually within 24 hours.
Unwanted items without defects can be returned for refund within 30 days of receipt of product. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be issued 2 to 3 days after product is received.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request. Replacements will be shipped directly back to the customer or refunds will be issued directly to your credit card, whichever the customer prefers.
Shipping:
All orders over $100.00 are shipped free, standard shipping. Orders under $100.00 are subject to a $6.50 nonrefundable postage and handling fee. Michigan residents are subject to a 6% sales tax. Family Security and Safety does not pay for shipping on returned items. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us at the above e-mail or phone number.
